Journal of Digital Marketing and Communication (e-ISSN: 2809-1736) is an international, scientific, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes conceptual papers, empirical studies, and short essays in areas such as social media marketing, communication, digital economy, smart tourism, smart cities, e-business, transmedia storytelling, and other closely related disciplines. The journal is published biannually (June and December) online by Tecno Scientifica and is supported by The Society of Tropical Science and Technology. Open Access — free for readers and authors, with no article processing charges (APC). High Visibility: indexed within CrossRef, Google Scholar and many other databases. Journal of Digital Marketing and Communication is a fully open-access journal. Its operations are supported through:

  • Institutional Support: Financial and administrative support from The Society of Tropical Science and Technology and Tecno Scientifica Publishing, covering editorial management, DOI registration, archiving, and related costs.

  • Partnerships: Contributions from educational and research organizations, including technical expertise, reviewer networks, or promotional activities.

Operating expenses, including the costs of web presence, print production, and pre-press preparations, are supported by these funding sources. Currently, no Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applied, ensuring free access for both authors and readers.

Revenue sources do not influence editorial decision-making. Our commitment to editorial independence guarantees fair and unbiased decisions.
