Registration Fees

1 Presentation with a full paper publication in SCOPUS Journal* IDR 1.700.000 ≈ USD 150 / MYR 500 (per article)
2 Presentation with a full paper publication in indexed Journal** IDR 500.000 ≈ USD 35 / MYR 140 (per article)
3 Listener/Participant with publication in Proceeding*** IDR 200.000 ≈ USD 15 / MYR 60 (per article)

*The registration fee with a full paper publication in the SCOPUS Journal (Bio-Interface Research in Applied Chemistry - ISSN 2069-5837 or Environmental Research, Engineering and Management - ISSN 2029-2139).
**The registration fee with a full paper publication in the Indexed Journal (Tropical Aquatic and Soil Pollution – ISSN 2798-3056)
***The registration fee with a full paper publication in the Proceeding with ISSN and DOI
E-Certificate will be provided for all presenters.

Payment methods

We accept payment internationally by card (Debit/Credit) issued by Visa, MasterCard, and JCB handled securely by Midtrans.
Notes:
- Bank Transfer is only available for participants from Indonesia.
- All fees are charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) currency, in lieu of Bank Indonesia’s regulation.
- Other currencies shown in the fee table are as references and may differ from what you will be charged by your local bank.

Terms and condition

  1. The registration fee covers seminar materials, attendance of all technical sessions, and publication.
  2. The registration fee covers one participant only. Multiple authors who are attending must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as a non-presenter.
  3. A receipt will be generated from the payment confirmation details after your payment is verified.
  4. Payments are nonrefundable.
  5. Payments cannot be made in cash; they must be via e-billing or credit card.
  6. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
  7. At least one author for each accepted paper must register as a presenter.
  8. Participants are charged based on their institution/affiliation not the nationality of the first author.
  9. Submitting an extra paper is applicable only to the same presenter.
  10. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until the payment is well received.
  11. Once the payment is made, please send the payment proof to the Organizing Committee at isece@tecnoscientifica.com for confirmation and further arrangements.
  12. If you cannot participate in the conference for some reasons, please let us know in advance and the full paper can also be published and indexed as normal.
